Provide First Aid in a remote situation
The aim of this course is to teach the required skills and knowledge to support commencement of the course and management of casualty’s in a remote situation until medical or other assistance arrive. This course is recommended for campers, travellers and surveyors.

- Airway management
- Cardiac management
- Cold and crush injuries
- Bleeding and wound care

- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Bites and stings
- Poisons and toxic substance
- Evacuation methods
Evaluation Method
Continuous assessment
Participants are required to pass both practical and theory assessment
COURSE AWARD
Provide First Aid certificate (valid for 3 years from date of issue)
