Provide Advanced First Aid
Provide Advance first aid course aims to teach the skills and Knowledge required to enable an advanced first aid response management of the incident and other first aiders until the medical assistance arrives. This course is for people who work in an industry where it is necessary to provide Advances first aid skills including the advance resuscitation HLTAID007 it also includes HLTAID001 and HLTAID003.
PREREQUISITES: NONE
COURSE DURATION: 2 Days
COST: $450.00 PER PERSON
Minimum of 8 students
(Student to complete workbook prior to course commencement)
COURSE CONTENT
- Provide emergency cction principles
- Perform Resuscitation skills
- Following the prompts of an AED
- Perform Advance resuscitation
- Secondary survey ,including checking the pulse

- Severe bleeding
- Shock
- Epilepsy
- Eye injuries
- Head and spinal injuries
Evaluation Method
Continuous assessment
Participants are required to pass both practical and theory assessment
COURSE AWARD
Provide First Aid certificate (valid for 3 years from date of issue)
